The ISC offers the Austrian national curriculum combined with the International Baccalaureate (IB) pedagogical approach. Students come from Carinthia and all over the world and are united by their desire to pursue an international, broad-based education informed by Christian values.
The school is authorized to offer three IB programmes: the Primary Years Programme, the Middle Years Programme and the Diploma Programme. Students study traditional core subjects as well as the arts, religion, world languages, technology, sports and social-emotional health. The whole-day education challenges students to develop a balanced character through service-learning and extracurricular activities. In addition, ISC students have opportunities to play, socialize, recreate and eat nutritious snacks and meals during the school day.
